O'Keeffe's Working Hands creates the perfect microenvironment for the skin to repair itself and regain its integrity. We utilize three chemical properties to encourage the skin to initiate the healing process. First, we hydrate the skin with both water and glycerin. Glycerin is a humectant which chemically draws moisture to itself. Hydration is the process of replacing lost cellular water (only hydrated cells are capable of repairing themselves). Secondly, we trap that moisture at the cellular level to prevent evaporation. Thirdly, we alter the pH in the dermis layer of the skin causing the chemo receptors to react by activating the production of the body's own potent compounds that stimulate healing. Our product is safe and effective for all skin types.

My wife has chronic problems with her hands drying out, splitting, and bleeding; particularly in the winter time. The problem is compounded by her passion for working outdoors. After several years of trying virtually every hand cream, moisturizer, and folk remedy we came across, we discovered O'Keefe's Working Hands Creme. It works. It is the only thing we have found that works. She has been using it for several years now and the condition is well controlled.

This stuff is a Godsend!I have always used regular hand lotion to no avail. I handle paper and cardboard boxes all night long in cold and dry weather. Nothing worked for my split fingertips. I was finally just using super glue or clear nail polish to glue the splits closed and cover the wound. My wife found the working hands and bought me a pack and it works like crazy. I haven't had a split yet and I can't wait to see how it works in the coldest part of winter. I am using it twice a day as recommended but it feels so good I may increase to 3 times. I bought a twelve pack from Amazon and will never be without this stuff again.

the shipping was fast and the cream really works my hands were full of deep bleeding cracks after one week they are all healed .it has to be put on a few times a day Iam glad I bought a case
