I am Asian and have fairly thick, slightly longer than shoulder-length hair that has never been processed (permed or colored). I work out 4 to 6 days a week, sometimes twice a day.

I first used Rene Furturer hair products at the recommendation of a terrific NYC hair stylist in the 1990s (when we all had $$$!) This line was not easy to find, and I would make a point of stocking up on shampoo & conditioner when I traveled to France.
Fast forward to present; after years of going "cheap" on shampoo & conditioner and putting up with frizzy hair, occasional dandruff, & the not-so-great scent these products leave after 2 days, I decided to go back to this line.
It seems Rene Furturer has expanded their lines; I couldn't figure out my hair/scalp type, but I chose this shampoo since it was labeled "frequent use."
