This review is from: Vaseline, Intensive Rescue Healing & Repair Balm, 3.3 oz (Pack of 2) (Health and Beauty) I am using this product since May 2008 - I had an ugly skin condition (dry skin, itching, redness), then I started to use this product regularly (after the morning shower and before going to bed). The condition improved gradually and in about two months it was gone.
I use it as a face, hands and body cream - forget all those very expensive creams. It is a bit greasy, but I also use some cotton gloves when I have to handle books or other objects with the balm on. My only concern is for this product to be manufactured consistently of the same quality and not to be discontinued. 1 of 1 people found the following review helpful: By Dr. Louie (Palm Beach, Florida United States) - See all my reviews Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) This review is from: Vaseline, Intensive Rescue Healing & Repair Balm, 3.3 oz (Pack of 2) (Health and Beauty) This fantastic product was recommended to me to repair the VERY dry skin on my face. I had areas that stayed red and felt as if they were burning. Other areas were flaky, dry and itchy. After just 2 days of applying this to my face, all the redness is gone, the flaking is gone and there aren't any dry or itchy patches!!! This is a lifesaver for this Baby Boomer! I hope they manufacture this forever!!! God bless the friend who introduced me to it! By Andre B Maxwell, Sr. (Kansas City, KS, US) - See all my reviews Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) This review is from: Vaseline, Intensive Rescue Healing & Repair Balm, 3.3 oz (Pack of 2) (Health and Beauty) Very thick and rich and not greasy but didn't work as well as I would have hoped. I've been using it for a couple of weeks and still have not gotten rid of some of the rough spots on my heals. I've tried applying and worrying socks to bed but still not the results that I expected. |
