I'm a man, and I don't wear makeup, but I do wear daily and nighttime moisturizers. In the morning or at the end of the day when my skin feels tired, I cleanse my face and then apply this toner, and it is absolutely refreshing! My skin feels 'alive' and light as a feather. Besides, this has a nice pleasant yet subtle scent that is both invigorating and relaxing. I usually don't review products like this, but I'm totally hooked on this. It's like a trip to the salon in a bottle.
